Reed Damron, REBC, RHU
Partner


Reed has over 13 years of experience in the employee benefits field including over 12 years in the Third Party Administration and stop-loss field. Reed successfully built the sales and service organization for HPS/Paradigm, a leading southeastern TPA. He was instrumental in the growth and development of that firm ultimately positioning the company for a merger with another company in June 2004. Reed started his career in employee benefits with a major southeastern brokerage firm and worked for EBP/First Health, the country's largest administrative services firm . Reed specializes in claims control strategies, stop-loss contracting, alternative funding, managed care processes and procedures for insured and self funded clients. Reed has worked with a diverse group of clients, public and private, ranging from small closely held organizations to large corporate customers. He has a BBA degree from the University of Georgia in Risk Management/Insurance. He holds the designations of Registered Employee Benefit Consultant (REBC) and Registered Health Underwriter (RHU). Reed is married with 2 children and enjoys rooting for “his” Georgia Bulldogs and playing golf whenever possible. Reed and his wife Kelly are active in their church and Camp Sunshine for Children.

Sean has over 15 years of experience in the employee benefits field, with the most recent 6 years in the brokerage and consulting field. Sean’s background and experience include Senior Management, Field Management and Director roles with both Regional and National insurance carriers and TPAs including Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Georgia, First Health, Benefit Resources Inc., and ESIX/Brown & Brown. Sean’s clients include both small and large organizations, both local and national in scope, including a special emphasis on companies involved in the sporting industry. Sean’s expertise spans the entire employee benefits arena including technical aspects of compliance, tax qualified plans, claims experience analysis, carrier/administrator negotiations, benefits outsourcing, benefit programs for franchise organizations, and claim systems and processes. He holds an MBA degree from the University of Georgia in Risk Management/Insurance. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Oklahoma where he received his BBA in Finance. Sean is saddled with the insurmountainable task of keeping up with his high school sweetheart, Kim and his three debits: Sam, Sarah and Jacob. As such, he has little time for himself and he must work hard for you!
